Challenge to address in changing times

“It is always easier to destroy a complex system than to selectively alter it.”
― Roby James, Commitment

I don't know why I have taken this quote to give my insight on the current status of some of the Government's initiatives.

The problem of any initiative / innovation is not that the 'thought' itself but in it's implementation.

The Government has come up with two major decisions in last two years; demonetisation and GST. These initiatives may have been a greater intentions but the issue is 'how to implement?'. For that matter, we are excited to come up with greater thoughts to implement, one has to seriously ponder on the questions like; Have we done enough brainstorm? Have we planned enough? What measures are we ready with to minimise or restrict the uncertainties?
However, let us appreciate our Government for a while that, enough care would've taken prior to the implementation of these two initiatives . But still why it seems to be a big mistake in social media? Why we still hear the cases of black money? Why still 'poor' becoming 'poorer' and vice - a - versa?

Reflection:
For me India is a great country and I am inspired by the kind of heritage, wisdom and resources it has, I feel safe in this country when I compare with countries like, Afghanistan, Syria and many other countries where humans' lives are at stake on daily basis.
Then what's needed to this country now to make any innovation, initiative to function better and gets the maximum support from every individual?
I feel, it's not only the great minds working together but to bring a fundamental 'change'.

The change which promotes the idea of 'treating everyone equally'. As humans we need to make consistent efforts to 'treat others equally', I am not referring to 'giving equal perks to all'. It may not be possible for such diverse country, but treating equally is definitely possible, when we come up with any initiative / change, one questions might probably would be helpful: "How are we going to be a problem to this country, to the individuals by coming up with this new idea?"

Quite often we must ask such questions to bring a real 'change'. For countries like us, especially when the gap between 'poor' and 'rich' is so high, the Government's primary focus is to make efforts in lessening this gap and try to implement the strategies which are largely going to affect the lives.
